COVERT MONITORING

The system incorporates advanced covert monitoring capabilities, allowing authorized personnel at the master station to discreetly listen to audio from any intercom terminal. During covert operations, the system disables call-connected notifications, such as the Call LED, on the intercom terminal while preventing audio transmission from the terminal. This ensures optimal audio monitoring without alerting the subjects being monitored.

ENHANCED COVERT MONITORING

Jacques employs cutting-edge acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) software to enhance the clarity and intelligibility of prison cell conversations during covert monitoring. The AEC software leverages the streamed audio available at the intercom device.

Background music (BGM) is streamed into the prison cell from the IP Communication System. The AEC software samples the audio stream, significantly reducing background noise and emphasizing the cell voice conversation for easy monitoring by operators when the covert monitoring feature is activated.

ACOUSTIC ECHO CANCELLATION (AEC)

The system utilizes an acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) engine in full duplex mode to effectively mitigate unwanted interference caused by acoustic reflections and feedback. This ensures clear and uninterrupted audio transmission, enhancing the overall quality of communication.

INTELLIGENCE-HUB COVERT MONITORING

The Intelligence-Hub feature allows for the selection of specific intercom terminals for intelligence surveillance, monitoring, and recording purposes. DETAILED DIAGNOSTICS & REPORTING

The Secure Facilities solution includes advanced diagnostic and health checking capabilities that provide real-time logging and reporting, available round-the-clock. The system maintains continuous records of over 320 events, encompassing configuration, call activity, device and system health status, as well as faults. Every 5 seconds, the system controller sends a heartbeat to endpoints and reports the results, ensuring immediate recognition of any issues within the system.
